| Our CNC machines can accurately produce any shape on 3 axes, while holding precision dimensions and tight tolerances. Using our MASTERCAM system we can create complex shapes and contours from either your prints or from your part file. |

| With our CAD system, we can reverse engineer from a sample part and create and mold prints. The CAD allows us to quickly and accurately layout a tool so we can troubleshoot a design before any actual machining is done. |

| In addition to our computerized capabilities, our manual millers and lathes, in the capable hands of our skilled machinists, can produce any of your molds or tooling needs. Our experienced machinists are completely trained professional mold makers. Jemco has complete in-house welding and Blanchard ™ and surface grinding capabilities to facilitate mold rework or repair. |
